CANCELLATION POLICY:

At Kay's Beauty Bar we have a very strict cancellation policy to protect our staff. We ask when booking an appointment with us that you keep a credit card on file. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or 'No Show' an appointment. We understand accidents happen but we ask you give us the courtesy of cancelling with more than a 24-hour notice. If you do cancel less than 24 hours there is a charge of 50% of your service you will be subject to pay. If you 'No Show', meaning you do not give a notice, call us to cancel and do not show up for your appointment, 100% of your missed service and 50% of your next appointment will be charged. Thank you for understanding.

LATE POLICY:

While we understand that things happen and traffic is a pain in the you know what, we have to ensure our schedules stay on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late there is a charge of 50% of your service you will be subject to pay. Thank you for understanding.

CREDIT CARD ON FILE:

A credit card is required to be put on file under your personal profile. We will not have access to your card or charge your card without your permission. This is to help enforce our cancellation and late policies.

CHILDREN AT KAY'S BEAUTY BAR:

Children 6 and under are not permitted at the salon at any time. While we all love little ones, a salon is no place for a child, especially when we need your full attention and both hands to service you properly. We also have very expensive tools and harmful products if ingested. If someone brings a child 6 and under, they will be asked to leave and will be subject to pay 100% of their requested service. Thank you for understanding.

** We also ask for the safety of our clients and staff that no sick children or family members are permitted in the salon.

PET POLICY:

Pets, of any kind, are not allowed in the salon. While we love our furry friends, we please ask you to respect our employees and clients who could be allergic or uncomfortable around animals. If someone brings a pet into the salon, they will be asked to leave and will be subject to pay 100% of their requested service.
