At Kay's Beauty Bar we have a very strict cancellation policy to protect our staff. We ask when booking an appointment with us that you keep a credit card on file. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or 'No Show' an appointment. We understand accidents happen but we ask you give us the courtesy of cancelling with more than a 24-hour notice. If you do cancel less than 24 hours there is a charge of 50% of your service you will be subject to pay. If you 'No Show', meaning you do not give a notice, call us to cancel and do not show up for your appointment, 100% of your service will be charged. Thank you for understanding.
While we understand that things happen and traffic is a pain in the you know what, we have to ensure our schedules stay on time. If you are more than 10-15 minutes late there is a charge of 50% of your service you will be subject to pay. In some cases, the nail stylist can choose to just do a plain color to ensure her timeframe stays on track. Thank you for understanding.
CREDIT CARD ON FILE:
A credit card is required to be put on file under your personal profile. We will not have access to your card or charge your card without your permission. This is to help enforce our cancellation and late policies.
CHILDREN AT KAY'S BEAUTY BAR:
While Kay's Beauty Bar is a kid friendly space, we do hope that you will respect that there are other guests getting services done, including relaxing spa services. We have a smaller space and we want to make sure the quality and relaxation of our services are not being disrupted. We also want to ensure the quality, timeliness, and safety of your time here. We use products and tools that are not child safe or non-toxic. You may bring your little ones, we understand plans fall through, we just ask you respect the other clients in the salon paying for services. We also need both of your hands while performing nail services and want to give you top quality. Thank you for understanding.
